Refund & Shipping

We hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, in case you are not satisfied, you may return your Palmetto Vue Product(s) within 10 days of your purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact us through email before sending your product back.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

*Once the order has been processed we ship through USPS Priority Mail which takes 2-3 days within the United States to receive your product*

*Any orders placed on Sat., or Sun. will be shipped on the following Monday. (holiday exceptions)

*All questions, or concerns from Sat. and  Sun. will be addressed on Mon.

 

No Exchanges!!!

The only way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and make a separate purchase for the new item. At this time we cannot offer exchanges due to limited quantity.

Damages/Replacement

Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
